Network Rules & Digital Safety

1. Scout Law Principles

All users must maintain mutual respect, courtesy, and reflect World Scouting values at all times.

2. Anti-Bullying & Discrimination

Hate speech, harassment, racial slurs, bullying, and explicit adult materials are strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy Protection

Never share personal private information (Doxxing) such as phone numbers, addresses, or sensitive IDs.

4. Spam & Network Security

Flooding, spamming, unauthorized bots, account theft, or attacks against the server are strictly forbidden.

🛡️ Digital Safety Guidelines

Never share your NickServ password or sensitive data with anyone. IRC Staff will never ask for your password.
Be cautious with external links sent by unfamiliar users.
Report violations or discomfort immediately to Network Operators (IRCop) or in channel #help.

How to Connect Using mIRC

Download & Install mIRC

Open the mIRC application on your computer.
Configure Server Settings

Go to Options (ALT + O) → Connect → Servers. Click Add.
Enter morse.asia Server Details

IRC Server: irc.morse.asia | Port: 6667 (Standard) or 6697 (SSL/TLS).
Direct Command Alternative

Or type this command directly in your mIRC status window:
```
/server irc.morse.asia 6667
```

Country / Language Channel Application

We offer Scout groups and organizations the opportunity to apply for channels named after their countries or languages on our JOTI IRC network.
